Stages
Goal
The aim of TalentAI was to streamline the recruitment process using AI-powered tools — from resume screening to scheduling and real-time alerts. The product had to be intuitive for HR teams, flexible across roles and hiring stages, and visually clear, even when showing large volumes of data.
Result
We delivered a smart and scalable UI for an AI-driven hiring assistant. The final MVP includes clean dashboards, real-time alerts, AI resume analysis, and collaborative interview scheduling — all designed with speed, structure, and simplicity in mind.
Research & Discovery
To understand the real bottlenecks in hiring, we looked at how small and mid-sized HR teams manage applicants today.
We focused on:
- the challenges of processing high volumes of resumes,
- slow or inconsistent interview coordination,
- lack of visibility across team members,
- and the risk of missing great candidates due to delayed action.
These insights helped define key features and shaped our design priorities — automation, overview, and clarity.
UX Approach
We structured the product around five key user goals:
- Get an instant overview of hiring activity
- Get notified when something requires attention
- Screen candidates quickly and accurately
- Schedule interviews without back-and-forth
- Use chat-based tools to assist daily HR tasks
Flows were designed to reduce unnecessary clicks, make data scannable, and keep action buttons within easy reach.
UI Design & Accessibility
The interface uses a fresh and minimal visual system, built around the Outfit typeface and a blue-based palette. We used clear iconography, smart whitespace, and simple component structure to support quick decision-making — even on data-heavy screens.
Components were made modular to support new features in the future, with a focus on consistency between dashboard views, candidate cards, and modals.

Smart Alerts
The system actively notifies users about delays, inactivity, or candidate interest changes — helping teams react fast.
AI Resume Screening
AI helps filter candidates based on relevance and keywords — saving hours of manual screening.
AI Chat Assistant
An integrated chat assistant helps HRs perform small actions like scheduling, tagging, or sending follow-ups — without switching contexts.
Interview Scheduling
We designed a built-in calendar to coordinate interviews directly with team members and candidates.
Design Handoff & Scalability
The entire product was delivered in Figma with structured components, text styles, auto-layout, and usage documentation. This ensured clean handoff for developers and makes future updates efficient and consistent.
