Goal
The goal of Victory Wallet was to create a multifunctional crypto application that goes beyond storing and sending assets. The product needed to offer seamless access to wallet management, analytics, token swap, NFT browsing, transaction history, and real-time insights — all in a sleek, mobile-friendly interface.
Result
We designed a scalable and secure wallet product with multiple key features: From token swaps and portfolio overviews to NFT management and personalized dashboards — all delivered in a cohesive, user-friendly system. The UI is clean, modern, and built to accommodate both crypto-savvy users and newcomers.
To understand the needs of our users, we studied common struggles in existing crypto wallet apps. We also conducted customer development interviews to uncover real user pain points and motivations — which helped us build detailed user personas as a foundation for our UX decisions.
These findings became the foundation of our UX priorities: accessibility, clarity, and feature depth.
We based our structure on real user tasks and motivations — not just screens. We designed a clear map of the product structure early on to avoid bloated menus or redundant categories. The final architecture supported rapid access to coins, NFTs, copy traders, browser apps, academy materials, and settings — without sacrificing simplicity.
Flows were optimized for clarity and simplicity — we minimized taps, merged actions, and emphasized important metrics.

Before jumping into visuals, we created over 70 wireframes to ensure complete screen coverage. The wireframes helped validate:

We developed a friendly and clean UI system using the Gilroy typeface and a calm blue-toned color palette. Elements were kept flat and lightweight to ensure fast performance, avoiding unnecessary complexity like animations or gradients.
Design patterns were consistent across the wallet: modal cards, progress indicators, and stacked lists helped users focus and act with confidence.

Custom flows help users understand key app features, including wallet creation, security setup, and trading basics.

Users can view trader stats and copy actions with one click — simplifying access to passive earning.

Full NFT support for storing, exchanging, and displaying collections inside the wallet.

Users can manage several wallets (e.g. personal, client, staking) in one interface, with fast switching and backups.

All files were delivered in Figma with auto-layouts, styles, and component libraries. Developers received screen variants, hover/active states, and UI documentation — making the handoff smooth and scalable for future growth.
We structured the project into four key design phases, each combining multiple UX and UI activities. This approach helped us move from research to high-fidelity visuals with clarity and precision at every step.
Explored the market, analyzed competitors, and defined moodboards to align on visual direction.
Built user personas, mapped out Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), created user flows, and defined information architecture.
Sketched early screens, built wireframes, and tested usability to validate interaction logic.
Crafted clean visual layouts, developed a UI kit, and polished animation flows to ensure a modern, scalable experience.
